Localization of Dokploy into Russian

As far as I can see in the code, currently there is no i18n setup Dokploy web app,
but there is i18n support for the docs website.
If you meant to contribute to the docs website, you can, but for the Dokploy web app someone would first need to implement i18n.

It would be great to add translations, this is currently on my plans, however for now I cannot work on this, so If anyone want to propose very basic implementation of intl would be awesome.
