Asciidoctor.js CLI

This package is no longer maintained.
Starting with Asciidoctor.js 4.0, the CLI is now built into the main package. There's no need for a separate CLI package anymore. Migration: install and use Asciidoctor.js directly:

npm install asciidoctor

Install Asciidoctor.js globally, and you'll have access to the asciidoctor command anywhere on your system:

$ npm i -g asciidoctor
