./tea pkg build postgresql.org@13.9 fails, how to fix it?

PostgreSQL build fails. It eventually asks to look into config.log, but I can not find it.

Given the libreadline errors further up your log, I'm slightly worried that your system has incompatibilty with the build systems (possibly a glibc version under linux). As a test, you can try pkg build gnu.org/readline, and, if that works, try and build postgres13.

Regardless, I'll trigger our infrastructure to build ^13, just so we are up-to-date for that major.

So far, building additional versions can be triggered via the new-version job by any tea maintainer. If we hit a volume issue with that, we may need a better system, but since most tools expect you to use the most recent version, it's generally a non-issue. Tools like node, postgres, and especially python we try to have as many versions as makes sense built.
