Isn't the right thing to do to remove the alloc cfg for OwnedMutSlice ? |

yeah, i think so, removed the alloc cfg from the import and test, and moved ownedref to dev-dependencies. |

test_type_eqonalloc, matching itsOwnedMutSlicedependency. This fixes test compilation with--no-default-features --all-targets.Fixes #3697.
