• Addresses Tell Users when nodes are missing from imported files #1728

Summary

• Add a launch-time preflight that compares identifiers in imported node data with identifiers in link and topology data.
• Warn users when:
  • An identifier has topology information but no corresponding node data.
  • An identifier has node data but no corresponding link or topology information.
• Display mismatch totals and a sorted sample of affected identifiers.
• Allow users to:
  • Cancel while keeping the uploaded files and current network intact.
  • Continue launching with the available data.
• Support node and topology detection across:
  • CSV, JSON, and Excel node/link tables.
  • Distance matrices.
  • FASTA files.
  • Newick and Auspice trees.
  • GraphML and supported network documents.
• Respect custom field mappings and case-sensitive identifiers.
• Ignore self-links, generated network endpoints, and enrichment-only GeoJSON when calculating coverage.
• Skip the warning when no explicit topology exists or when node and topology coverage fully match.
• Add documented sample files covering matched imports, mismatches, custom mappings, GraphML, Newick, GeoJSON, self-links, and case sensitivity.
• Add unit and Cypress coverage for the warning, cancellation, continuation, and update workflows.
• Update shared Cypress helpers and selectors to accommodate the new preflight.
• Improve related Epi Curve, Heatmap, Map, Crosstab, and dashboard test reliability.
• Prevent delayed Bubble-view resize callbacks from accessing a destroyed Cytoscape instance.
