[WIP] Add home base functionality for trading application

We are going to turn this page into "home base" for our application as well as the place to check on whats hot, trending tickers, chart signals, Ai (smart) advisor that uses a multitude of reliable variables to ensure the highest probability outlooks based on historical data and live feeds.
