Documents the two Triage Engine templates in the paired DefectDojo Pro change that send new Findings matching a set of filters: Email new Findings that match a set of filters and Alert on new Findings that match a set of filters, in a new Notifications pack in the rule gallery.
building_rules.md: a paragraph under Starting a rule saying what the two templates are (an On Finding Event trigger on Created wired to one notify node), how the scope is picked, what each needs (an Email connection with recipients, or usernames for the alert), and that their text is edited on the notify node.configure_personal_notifs.md: a pointer from personal notifications to those templates.This replaces the earlier version of this PR, which documented a Watch This View button and a Watched Views card; that feature was reduced to the templates, so those pages are no longer changed.
