Farm Monitoring Fullstack App

This project includes a Node.js/Express backend and a React frontend built for scalable farm monitoring with NDVI satellite data integration.

Backend

1. Open c:\climate\backend
2. Copy .env.example to .env
3. Fill in your MySQL database credentials and AGRO_API_KEY
4. Install dependencies:

   npm install

5. Run the backend:

   npm run dev

The backend API runs on http://localhost:3000 by default.

Frontend

1. Open c:\climate\frontend
2. Install dependencies:

   npm install

3. Run the React app:

   npm run dev

The frontend runs on http://localhost:4173 by default and connects to the backend API.

API Endpoints

• GET /api/farms - list all farms
• GET /api/farms/:id - farm detail with NDVI history
• POST /api/farms - add a new farm and fetch NDVI summary
• GET /api/health - backend health check
