🚀 Deploy to GitHub Pages

  1. Fork or create a new repository on GitHub (e.g. yourusername/webemu)

  2. Upload these files to the root of the repository:

    • index.html
    • README.md
  3. Enable GitHub Pages:

    • Go to your repo → Settings → Pages
    • Under Source, select Deploy from a branch
    • Choose main (or master) and / (root)
    • Click Save
  4. Your site will be live at:

    https://yourusername.github.io/webemu/

(GitHub may take 1–2 minutes to deploy on first push.)

📡 CDN Sources

The emulator loads game engine data from external CDNs. On first load, it automatically pings all available sources and selects the fastest one:

CDN Notes
EmulatorJS — Stable Recommended, most reliable
EmulatorJS — Latest Bleeding edge builds
unpkg (npm registry) npm mirror
Statically (GitHub CDN) GitHub raw mirror
GitHack GitHub raw fallback

Note: The "Local / Self-Hosted" CDN option requires EmulatorJS data files hosted alongside the site (in a data/ folder). This won't work on GitHub Pages unless you add those files to your repo — use one of the remote CDNs instead.
