Summary

• add native macOS setup and outcome-first iOS/macOS execution guidance
• replace duplicated platform readiness prose with one structured readiness/authorization contract
• shrink the main Skill to routing and lifecycle invariants; move platform-specific applicability into adapters
• add focused iOS Simulator guidance and reject every Windows host/target without execution or fallback
• expose a stable JSON verifier result while preserving fail-closed official Skill integrity checks
