Prerequisites
The enhancement
The Need
Task logs are currently shown from the "Server" perspective - that is, it is the time that the Octopus server observed the output.
There are several ways this can be delayed - for example, when running a polling tentacle, the output will be processed in batches, often seconds apart. This can make diagnosing connection or timing issues very difficult.
Solution
Allow the user to choose between "Server" and "Remote" timestamps when showing task logs. As the task log have entries that don't necessarily have a "remote" time (e.g. logs coming from the server itself), mark which lines come from the remote machine.
