Open oneclient website or github page directly from notification #986
Description
Currently clicking on the notification simply dismisses it which feels unintuitive for the user. Since we don't have auto-update (at least as far as I know, on linux) this would be at least a nice step to get to the newer version faster. (the link is there anyway, may as well redirect)
