Adds a known limitation: China-market devices reject commands with
-10002 / rrcheck access deniedwhen used outside China (see #81).Also links a report where a China-exit VPN got a China-market vacuum working outside China on the official cloud: iobroker-community-adapters/ioBroker.mihome-vacuum#842 (comment). That hasn't been tested with this local server yet, so it's listed as something to try, not a fix.
