XPSPRE

A software for preprocessing X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscope (XPS) data from PHI Model 5000.

Executable Program（Windows）

Run "Install.bat".
Find the folder in ".\dist\XPSPRE", and copy to where you want.
Run "XPSPRE.exe" in the folder.
