…nounced) Official MyPrincetonU events that were also emailed to listservs, and listserv events re-announced by reminders, now report how many emails announced them and when first, so consumers can rank promoted events above unannounced listings. Linking a duplicate bumps the surviving event's revision.

Adds
announcements: { emails, listservs, firstAnnouncedAt }to every event in the API/MCP/client. Consumers (The Forum's ranking and 'recently posted' sort) use it to hoist events students actually announced on listservs over unannounced MyPrincetonU listings.
