Diary 现在使用正式发布的 Calcit / @calcit/procs 0.29.0 及配套模块，不再依赖 alpha 工具链。日记存储、登录、实时 patch 恢复和本地草稿的原有行为保持；本次不连接生产服务或变更部署目标，也不扩大业务 Dynamic 合同。

范围

• Calcit 与 npm runtime 同步固定为正式 0.29.0，更新已核实发布的模块及 Yarn 锁文件；预批准仅调整指定 runtime 版本。
• 归档 Lilac 保留 0.5.9，不改源码、不解除归档。依赖选择仍有 respo-ui 0.7.32/0.7.33 的现有 SemVer 合并警告，Caps 选择 0.7.33；不宣称严格无冲突图。
• 按 strict workflow 预览 revision 受保护地将 9 处已知 %:: MapEntryDecision 改成直接构造器，参数与求值顺序不变。宏内的待审 Option 候选不自动改写；没有改 schema、tests 或业务默认值。
• 两处 CI analyze check-public 使用已有统一 --check-only --ns 入口，保留全部 namespace 范围；README 对齐实际版本。

验证

• 原 alpha.25 基线的 client/server 检查与完整边界回归通过。
• 正式版本 caps verify --toolchain、Yarn immutable 安装、client/server 入口和公开定义检查通过。
• fix --workflow strict --verify 通过，safe fixes 为 0；canonical format 无变化。
• 原 84 项附带测试清单保持：76 项 native、61 项同 AST 生成 JS 回放、6 项日期及 2 项登录宿主合同通过。实际 Respo/application dispatch、错误操作无副作用、patch 恢复、存储和凭证边界通过。
• 原 compile-page / release-page 通过，保留原有大 chunk 提示。测试未连接生产 WebSocket；不把自动宿主测试等同重新完成整套人工浏览器验收。

合并仍须最新 HEAD CI/review 通过。此 PR 不关闭整个 #1916，不发布 Calcit 0.30.0，也不证明归档 Lilac 的全部 API 在新 runtime 上兼容。

Scope

Pin both CLI and npm runtime to published 0.29.0, update verified released modules and the Yarn lockfile, and change only that runtime's preapproval. Keep archived Lilac at 0.5.9 without modifying or unarchiving it. Caps retains the existing respo-ui 0.7.32/0.7.33 selection warning and resolves 0.7.33; this is not a conflict-free strict dependency graph.

Apply nine compiler-proven %:: MapEntryDecision constructor migrations using the reviewed strict-workflow revision, preserving arguments/evaluation order. Leave the macro-origin Option review candidate unchanged. No schema, test assertion or business default changes. Replace two deprecated CI check-public invocations with the existing --check-only --ns entrypoint while retaining every namespace. Align README versions.

Validation and limits

The original alpha.25 entry checks and complete boundary suite pass. Released 0.29.0 passes Caps toolchain verification, immutable Yarn installation, client/server and public-definition checks, full strict verification with zero safe fixes, and canonical formatting. All 84 original attached tests remain: 76 native, 61 same-AST generated-JS replays, six date and two login host contracts pass. Actual Respo/application dispatch, side-effect rejection, patch recovery, storage and credential boundaries pass. Original client compilation and production build pass with the existing large-chunk advisory.

Tests do not connect to production WebSocket; automated host evidence is not a fresh full manual browser acceptance. Latest-head CI/review remain merge gates. This PR does not close the overall retirement issue, publish Calcit 0.30.0, or claim every archived Lilac API is compatible.
