Improve the 26.3 Explorer Maps to older versions

• Standard target_x map decoration for all new decorations that don't exist in older versions. It was choosing a different one in 1.20.2 (should we make that a global?)
• Set the colors and names of the new map items back to their pre-26.3 colors and titles, including setting their lang keys to simply use what's already in vanilla.
  • And from when they weren't in vanilla, fixed an issue where it showed the lang keys on 1.20.1 and older (added to translation-mappings.json).
• Chose new colors for the new maps. (should this be broken out so that possible future maps can have this same support?)
• Once the custom_names are set, we loop back and update the Abandoned Camp maps so they have distinct item names while sharing the same base item properties. Assumes they already have the "white" and "italics" applied.

Icons indicate which are the 26.3 maps
