codex-delegate and session-handoff now each say when to pick them, so "have codex do X" lands on the right one.

  • The rule, in both descriptions and both bodies: will this conversation wait for the result? Yes means codex-delegate (one headless run whose answer comes back here). No means session-handoff (separate work codex carries on in its own tab and worktree). "Have codex do X" means codex-delegate for a question, review or research, and session-handoff for implementation that ends in its own PR.
  • The two skills point at each other, and codex-delegate says when not to use it: when the task needs this conversation's context (use a fork) or a Claude-only tool (use a Claude subagent).
  • The handoff's codex path now runs codex-credit before opening the tab. If codex is missing or out of usage, nothing launches. Before this, the child failed in a tab nobody was watching and never wrote a handback. It calls the script through ${CLAUDE_SKILL_DIR}/../codex-delegate/, which works now that both skills are in the same plugin.

Bumps agentic-utils-claude-code to 1.7.1 in both manifests.

… triggers

Each skill's description and body now says when to pick it: an answer
this conversation waits on goes to codex-delegate, a tangent codex
carries on in its own tab goes to session-handoff. The handoff's codex
path now runs codex-credit before opening the tab.
