Summary

Configure engineering skills to use Next Player's GitHub Issues, the five default triage labels, and a single-context domain documentation layout.

AGENTS.md → configuration entry points
docs/agents/
├── issue-tracker.md → GitHub issue operations
├── triage-labels.md → canonical label mapping
└── domain.md → glossary and ADR consumer rules
.gitignore → include docs/agents/ in version control

Evidence

  • Before: no per-repository skills configuration; docs/ was entirely ignored.
After: all three configuration files are visible to Git and referenced once from AGENTS.md; unrelated docs remain ignored.
  • Passed git diff origin/main...HEAD --check and focused assertions covering configuration pointers, the five label mappings, and ignore behavior.
  • Created and verified the four missing GitHub triage labels; reused the existing wontfix. These repository settings are outside the Git diff.
  • Architect review found no remaining issues.
  • Android build, tests, ktlint, and emulator checks were not run for this documentation-only change. Kept as a draft because repository guidance requires the full Android checks before requesting review.

Merge Danger

Door: two-way

Documentation and ignore rules can be reverted; the four newly created GitHub labels would remain unless removed separately.

Blast Radius: Documentation

Changes affect agent workflow instructions and tracking of docs/agents/; application behavior is unchanged.
