[discuss] enable github merge queue #3140
Description
We can explore enabling Github merge queue to prevent merge conflicts breaking main branches' CI.
I've seen several apache projects do this, and I just enabled it for pyiceberg (apache/iceberg-python#3832).

This is now enabled! If your PR is stuck in CI, click the "Update branch" button to rebase 😄 and merge queue should start working
