Derive the Zig library version from cortext_version - #35

Conversation
build.zig kept the shared library at 1.3.3 (libcortext.so.1.3.3, libcortext.1.3.3.dylib) after the v2.0.0 bump because the version was a separate literal. Parse it from cortext_version so the two cannot drift; CORTEXT_VERSION and the C API already reported 2.0.0.

build.zigset the shared library's version as its own literal, so the v2.0.0 bump left the library files named 1.3.3 (libcortext.so.1.3.3,libcortext.1.3.3.dylib).build.zignow parses the version fromcortext_version, so the two can't drift.RELEASE.mdsays so.CORTEXT_VERSION, the C API version and the release tarball names were already correct.libcortext.so.2.0.0andlibcortext.so.2.
