chore: group @typescript-eslint updates into a single dependabot PR
@typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin and @typescript-eslint/parser are published
together, and the plugin declares a peer dependency on the parser of the same
minor version:
peer @typescript-eslint/parser@"^8.70.0" from @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin@8.70.0
Dependabot opens one PR per package, so in #386 it bumped the plugin on its own
and left the parser at 8.67.0. npm ci failed with ERESOLVE on that branch, and
since every job starts with npm ci, audit, lint, prettier and test all failed.
That PR could never have gone green. #388 fixes it by bumping both together.
Grouping the two means dependabot opens a single PR that moves them at the same
time, which installs cleanly. This only affects PRs opened from now on.
