Pytest would raise a `ValueError: I/O operation on closed file` exception on its final teardown. This addresses that.

QRegExp was removed in Qt6. Qt.py incorrectly exposed QRegularExpression as it but the api is not compatible so it will be removed in the future. Switch to us ing QRegularExpression. This also changes the UI from using QRegExp to Regex.
Also fixes some issues if PrEditor gets initialized in pytest.
