  • Pin rubocop to 1.91.0 and unpin pry-byebug (pry 0.14 needs ostruct, which is no longer a default gem in Ruby 4.0)
  • Regenerate Gemfile.lock
  • Fix BugcrowdCops/* keys in config/default.yml to Bugcrowd/* so the Include settings for PreventBugsnagUsage and PreventReindexFullESDocumentCop actually apply
  • CI matrix: Ruby 3.3, 3.4, 4.0; drop forced bundler 2.5.16
  • Set TargetRubyVersion 4.0 and NewCops: disable for this repo
