Replace npx ai-devkit@latest with bare npx ai-devkit: it prefers any installed binary (project or global) with zero network and only fetches when absent, avoiding both @latest's bypass of installed versions and pin staleness. Instruction text only.

Summary
Removes the mutable-version fallback in the
dev-designskill per the skill security audit (systemic fix S1, revised form).npx ai-devkit@latestfetches and executes whateverlatestresolves to at runtime — flagged across the skills tree by skills.sh (Snyk W012 'unverifiable external dependency', TrustHub REMOTE_CODE_EXECUTION; Socket flagged this pattern on dev-lifecycle as a LOW anomaly).npx ai-devkit— no version specifier. Bare npx prefers any installed binary (project or global) with zero network access, and only fetches (resolving latest) when nothing is installed. This is strictly better than@latest, which bypasses installed versions every run, and avoids pin staleness from a hardcoded@x.y.z. Accepted residual risk: the not-installed fetch window, unchanged from today. Prefer-installed phrasing kept where the skill promotes npx as primary.Test plan
