This updates libDaisy and DaisySP to their current master branch.

This required a few updates to examples:

  • seed/WavPlayer was rewritten using the new version in libDaisy and the FileTable class.
    • A mkloops.sh file was added that uses sox to generate files to test with.
  • patch/Nimbus overflowed flash, and has been changed to a bootloader app.
  • patch/Torus overflowed flash, and has been changed to a bootloader app.
  • GPIO usage in patch/Sequencer, and patch_sm/GettingStarted/Gate_Output, and patch_sm/HardwareTest/ was updated to use the newer C++ API.
  • seed/DSP/fir had its paths to CMSIS_DSP updated due to their relocation within libDaisy

In addition, I've started tightening up the c_cpp_properties to resolve issues with intellisense in VSCode.

Some testing of the examples is still necessary before this is merged, and I think the WavPlayer example will move to the Pod directory since it builds for that platform, but otherwise this is pretty much everything I was hoping to do while upgrading to the latest versions of the libs.

w/ the release of the dev kits and the seed3 it made sense to bump this to the latest release of libDaisy (v9) before wrapping it up.

Otherwise, this is mostly done. In the next day or so I'm going to wrap this up by:

  • update module URLs to point to new daisyaudio org name
  • set up workspace level build/debug for VS code that run on based on the focused file's location
    • if this is smooth/works well, we can remove the per-folder .vscode dirs that currently requires users to open VS code from that directory, and require a lot of duplication throughout the repo

Okay, I believe this is good to go.
Last few changes were as described earlier:

  • Updated VSCode tasks and added launch.json to the root of the repo. Build, etc. tasks can now be run with the entire repo open as the workspace based on the selected file.
  • Removed per-example VS Code directories
    • all of these would have required the c_cpp_properties.json changes applied, and having to open each example in VS code separately was never a great work flow to begin with (access to library files in the file tree, comparing multiple examples' files, etc. were all more difficult than necessary).
  • READMEs, etc. were all updated with correct URLs using the recently changed daisyaudio org name, and to the daisy.audio domain where relevant.
  • .gitmodules was updated with new daisyaudio org name as well
    • can run git submodule sync --recursive to update an existing repo to use the new URLs (this isn't required as the old org name still redirects successfully, but isn't guaranteed to always do so).

I'll do a final review, and a fresh clone on my machine to make sure I didn't miss anything, but I think this is good to merge :)
