feat: make creds lists milestones indented under their parent - #550

Conversation
The banner listed projects by id, so a milestone showed up wherever it was created, as "Sprint 1 (Development milestone)", and a subproject created in between could separate it from its parent. Sort each milestone right after its parent, in milestone order, and indent it there. Subprojects are not indented, so a milestone keeps a "(milestone)" tag to tell the two apart. The credentials banner (
make creds, and the one printed after seeding) listed projects by id. That put each milestone wherever it happened to be created, labeled asSprint 1 (Development milestone), and a subproject created in between could separate it from its parent. Now each milestone is sorted straight after its parent, in milestone order, and indented:
Subprojects are not indented, so milestones keep a
(milestone)tag to tell the two apart. Archived projects still get[archived].Tested by running the new
print_projectsagainst the running local Phorge pod. A running pod picks up the change only aftermake uprebuilds the image.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
