dev: Omit "v2.0/Hardware/" from paths in the release archive - #41

"v2.0/" and "Hardware/" in the archive are redundant because the
archive name has the version and this is a hardware repository.
Now the archive has "OpenArm 2.0/", "OpenArm Cell/" and
"OpenArm KER/" directly.
generate-file-ids.rb finds "v${VERSION}/Hardware/" in the Google
Drive folder and lists only files in it. "Software/" and "Vendor/"
are siblings of "Hardware/" so EXCLUDED_DIRECTORIES is no longer
needed.
