I'm the CEO & Founder of ELECTE, an AI-powered analytics company I founded in Milan in 2023.

Before ELECTE, I spent more than a decade in technology systems, working across finance, people, customers, and technical operations before becoming CEO. That experience shaped my approach to software: start with the business problem and build tools that help people solve it.

My work spans product direction, company strategy, and the operations behind building a software business. At ELECTE, we're making forecasting, analysis, and reporting accessible to companies without a dedicated data science team.

I also write about what happens when AI becomes part of how businesses operate: who controls the infrastructure, what data reveals beyond what people disclose, and where automation should leave room for human judgment.
