A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for accessing and summarizing Flight PHP Framework documentation. Point any MCP-compatible AI assistant at the hosted server and it gains instant access to FlightPHP's docs — no setup required.
The server is publicly hosted at:
https://mcp.flightphp.com/mcp
No installation, no API keys. Just add the URL to your AI coding extension and start asking questions about FlightPHP. See the IDE / AI Extension Configuration section below for copy-paste configs.
Once connected, your AI assistant can:
- Read the current docs — install guide, learn pages, step-by-step guides, and plugins
- Pull one section — grab a single heading from a long page such as routing
- Search — site search plus the local page catalog, with canonical docs URLs
- Check known footguns —
Flight::get(), PdoWrapper,Flight::render(), route return values, Latte versus Twig - Scaffold docs pages — learn, guide, and plugin markdown in the docs site's section style
- Follow project prompts — new app, feature, debug, migration, and plugin prompts that read the docs first
The server also sends instructions on connect. For a new app those instructions say to start from flightphp/skeleton, use $this->app and App\ namespaces, put routes in app/config/routes.php, and use Twig. Short Flight:: samples in the docs are for teaching APIs.
The server uses Streamable HTTP transport. Pick your extension below and paste in the config — that's it.
