Sets the patched version to 1.6.0 and adds the fix commit 4b2d245d ("fix: enforce provider ownership in google oauth callback"). The commit is contained in the tag 1.6.0 and not in the previous release 1.5.2 (git tag --contains). In 1.5.2 Google::oauth_callback has no ownership check; 1.6.0 checks cannot('edit', PRIV_USERS) / the own id before saving the Google sync settings and token.
