Switches the shared preset reference from
github>gitify-app/renovate-configtolocal>gitify-app/renovate-config.local>andgithub>are equivalent on github.com, butlocal>is the token Renovate's own onboarding emits for{org}/renovate-config, is platform-portable, and matches the siblingsetchy/renovate-configconvention. This removes the docs-vs-onboarding mismatch.
