This deletes Ignition's migrate flow, deployment records, verification scripts and the suites that replayed the migration, and points the remaining deploy:protocol modules at graph-core and graph-token instead of the 7.3.0 npm alias. Build and Test now runs deploy:protocol on the Hardhat network. The deleted files will stay reachable through the ignition-records-final tag, added to the parent commit once it is merged into the base branch.
