More Information
homebridge-airmega-iocare is already verified for the same Coway Airmega devices. Compared with it, this plugin adds:
Lock Physical Controls (child lock)
Turning the purifier on before a speed or mode command, which Coway otherwise ignores
Mode switches and panel-light encoding read from the device's own control list, so new model codes work without a code table (homebridge-airmega-iocare issues homebridge-ecoplug #8 and homebridge-harmony #9)
The third odor filter on UK/EU models
All of the above except the odor filter were tested on an Airmega 400S with v1.3.0, running in Homebridge 2.4.0. The plugin has no runtime dependencies, 118 unit tests, and CI on Node 22, 24 and 26.
