"Stable" snapshot for kernelci-core, kernelci-api, kernelci-pipeline #272
Description
To complete task of creating deployment of api/pipeline we need git tag in each repository which we can use to create "stable release candidate" snapshot of our application.
Repositories:
kernelci-core
kernelci-api
kernelci-pipeline
Requirements:
- Stable code tested on staging with all (current) tests passing
- API matching current version of documentation
- Functional cli tools that can allow user to interact with API as described in documentation
- Functional pipeline "loop" that can do minimal testing cycle

Closing as completed. kernelci-core, kernelci-api, and kernelci-pipeline now receive synchronized
production-*tags for deployed snapshots, with corresponding staging tags also available. This provides the reproducible, coordinated snapshots requested by this issue; any future release-policy changes should be tracked separately.
