📝 WalkthroughWalkthroughThe change moves payload key compatibility and mTLS setup into a reusable crypto certificate module. The agent now calls centralized payload key and mTLS APIs. New tests cover key migration, key generation, disabled mTLS, certificate generation, and missing CA configuration. ChangesCertificate and payload key centralization

Hello @ManthanNimodiya, thank you for the interest and contributing with Keylime! I do not see any code change in the push-model agent to use the proposed module for certificates generation. Could you please add a commit where you refactor it? Please keep the commit history clean by squashing the fix-up commits. The goal is not to have only a single commit, but to have only self-contained commits, with clean commit history. Finally, please rebase on top of the latest master. |

keylime-agent/src/main.rsto use the centralized payload-key and mTLS APIs. The requested push-model integration is still missing, so the two agents retain different certificate and key initialization paths. Add the required integration inkeylime-push-model-agent/src/main.rs, or document why that agent is intentionally excluded from this PR. Description
This PR addresses #912 by moving the agent mTLS certificate loading/generation, trusted CA parsing, and payload key migration logic from
keylime-agent/src/main.rsinto a dedicated reusable module inkeylime::crypto::certificate.This refactoring enables both the standard agent (
keylime-agent) and the push-model agent (keylime-push-model-agent) to share certificate and key initialization routines cleanly without duplication.Fixes: #912
