- Update every dependency to its latest release (supersedes the open Dependabot PRs); override sharp to 0.35.5 for wrangler's miniflare. - Drop React and the Cloudflare adapter; the site builds to static files served by an assets-only Worker. - Auth0: inline the public domain and client ID, keep tokens in memory and restore the session from the same-site custom domain, handle failed logins. - CI: lint and build jobs, dependency review, Dependabot grouping. - Minimal README; setup notes in CONTRIBUTING.md and AGENTS.md. Before: the site ran through the Cloudflare SSR adapter with React installed but unused, ten Dependabot PRs were open, CI only ran Biome, Auth0 config came from
PUBLIC_*build variables and kept tokens in localStorage, and the README was the Astro starter.After: a plain static Astro build served by an assets-only Worker, every dependency on its latest release, CI with lint, type check and build plus dependency review, Auth0 config in code with tokens kept in memory, and a minimal README with setup notes in CONTRIBUTING.md and AGENTS.md.

@astrojs/react,@astrojs/cloudflare, React and their types (finishes #64 without picking an islands framework; pages keep plain<script>tags).wrangler.jsoncnow only servesdist/.sharpis overridden to 0.35.5 because wrangler's miniflare still pins a vulnerable 0.35.4. The Auth0 client drops refresh tokens and localStorage:id.letsbuilda.devis same-site with the site, so the SDK restores the session silently on each page load. A failed or cancelled login (?error=) now lands signed out instead of throwing.
