Stability Test ignores Title Env-Variable

Description

When opening the stability test (YOUR-FQDN/stability.html), it shows a default "LibreSpeed - Stability Test" Title instead of the one specified in the environment.

Steps to reproduce

• Set title env var to whatever
• Deploy and open speedtest
• Observe how the title shows what was set in the env var
• Click "Stability test"
• Observe how default title is displayed

Expected behaviour

Either respect the title env var, or introduce a new TITLE_STABILITY env var to be able to customize it even further.
