Hello! If possible, could you add an X.Y version tag so that people can pull only Jellyfin 10.11 releases specifically, for example? The official Jellyfin docker container also does this: https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/installation/container/
Reason for change
This would allow people to more easily and conveniently pull minor updates to major versions instead of having to manually update their Docker compose every time a minor revision to a major version is released. Currently, every time Jellyfin updates version v10.11, I have to manually go into my docker compose YAML and update the tag number. I know that latest exists, but I'd rather wait and stay on v10.11 when Jellyfin officially releases v12 to the public, and update the tag when I know that v12 is in a stable enough state.
I do not want my Docker container to automatically update whenever a new major version is released, because sometimes they introduce breaking changes that need to be fixed with future updates or manual intervention is sometimes required to make sure the upgrade from v10.11 to v12, for example, goes smoothly.
The only tags I'm seeing all have 10.11.11 in them, so if 10.11.12 comes out, for example, it still requires manual intervention from the user to update their Docker compose YAML to 10.11.12, which is a bit inconvenient. It's alright, though, its not a dealbreaker or end-of-the-world scenario. Thank you!

We already have various tags that can be used to avoid that issue. Unfortunately this isn't something we currently plan to look at. #300
