Sovereign Cloud - improvements

This pull request introduces a mix of improvements across documentation, lab instructions, and PowerShell scripts for the Sovereign Cloud workshop. The main focus is on clarifying Azure sign-in steps, improving lab instructions for consistency and accuracy, enhancing error handling and test coverage for ARM collection parsing, and ensuring participants use the correct resource group names. Several files were updated to streamline the onboarding experience and make troubleshooting easier.

Lab Instructions and Onboarding Improvements:

• Clarified Azure CLI login steps throughout the documentation to remove the need for a tenant ID and emphasize using the workshop account. Updated instructions in Readme.md, challenge walkthroughs, and challenge solutions to ensure participants sign in with the correct account and verify the subscription before continuing. [1] [2] [3]
• Standardized guidance to require the exact resource group name (including the rg- prefix) in challenge solutions and walkthroughs, preventing confusion and deployment errors. [1] [2]

Challenge and Scenario Updates:

• Rewrote Challenge 6 instructions to clarify VM and AKS management steps, focusing on MetalLB health, Arc Proxy usage, and proper cleanup. Simplified and reorganized the actions and success criteria for better participant understanding.

Script Robustness and Testing:

• Improved the Get-LocalBoxArmCollection function in prepare-localbox.ps1 to accept both array and ArrayList representations for ARM collection responses, addressing background-job deserialization issues.
• Expanded Pester tests in prepare-localbox.tests.ps1 to cover empty, single, multi-entry, paginated, and malformed ARM collection responses, ensuring robust error handling and correct parsing. [1] [2]
• Updated preparation documentation to explain the improved script behavior and troubleshooting steps for ARM collection parsing errors.

Sample and Demo Documentation:

• Simplified and clarified the description of the Visual Attestation Demo v2 and Azure Voting App sample scripts for easier understanding and alignment with current conventions. [1] [2]

These changes collectively improve the reliability, clarity, and user experience of the Sovereign Cloud workshop labs.
