At step 5 no description is visible

Looks like this was already fixed on
main/2.3.1-rc.1by #2886 (ViewUpdateInput:if ($this->description)→if ($this->description !== null)), so empty view descriptions can be cleared. That change is not in2.3.0, which matches the reporter’s version.@enjeck @xhon-pelushi — can this be closed as a duplicate/already fixed?
