Table Cell Width

Problem Statement

Table Cell element skips width attribute if inline width is 0

Resolution

Update the width.IsValid check with width.Value while parsing cellNode width attribute

Example

<table>
    <tbody>
        <tr>
            <td width="10%" style="width=0px;">Col1</td>
            <td width="90" style="width=0%;">Col2</td>
        </tr>
    </tbody>
</table>
