Weak-key maps keep values alive that reference their own key #30
Description
The weak hash marker marks every value, so a WeakMap entry whose value references its key is never collected.
Upstream PR: HaxeFoundation/hxcpp#1357. Before taking it: the ephemeron pass runs after FindZombies, so a GCDoNotKill object reachable only through a live value is zombified early; the two need iterating together. Run the gc-defines jobs (moving, generational, big blocks).
