Sets PORTED_FROM = "v4.11.0" and records the corpus parity results in python/README.md.

Corpus parity on the game's 32,832 models, run on main at 3235135 (this branch changes only these two strings):

• decompile: 25,597 binary models identical. Go and Python also give the same decompile warnings and notes on every one of them: 46 warnings and 1,408 notes, the spec's count of base-game lights with controller 144.
• parse: 7,235 ASCII models identical, and 3,045 mutations of them identical or refused by both.
• compile: 32,832 identical, the same as cleanmodels compile --cli.
• Decompile output is byte-identical to v4.10.0's on all 25,597 binary models.
