Safe-CLI Transactions Fail with Trezor Wallet

I am trying to send transactions using the Safe-CLI with a Trezor wallet. The Trezor address is successfully imported via load_trezor_cli_owners, but signing transactions fails with the following error

HwDevice exception: Unexpected message

This occurs when running tx-sign in tx-service mode.

Additionally, when switching to blockchain mode, I encounter another issue when attempting to approve a hash:

Account 0x is not loaded

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load a Trezor wallet into Safe-CLI:

   safe-cli load_trezor_cli_owners

2. Attempt to sign a transaction in tx-service mode:

   safe-cli tx-sign <transaction>

3. Observe the error:

   HwDevice exception: Unexpected message
   

4. Switch to blockchain mode and try approving a hash:

   safe-cli approve_hash <hash> <sender>

5. Observe the error:

   Account 0x00..1 is not loaded
   

The Safe-CLI should properly interact with the Trezor wallet to sign transactions without unexpected hardware errors.

Could you share firmware version of your Trezor and model? I was able to add a confirmation on tx-service mode from my Trezor without issues, also ensure that you are using the last version of safe-cli.

I also have the issue, using 2.8.7 universal firmware. Trezor Safe 3.

I'm getting the same error: HwDevice exception: Unexpected message when trying to remove a proposed transaction. I'm using a Trezor Model T with firmware version 2.8.7.

While load_trezor_cli_owners works, I'm getting HwDevice exception: Unexpected message when trying to update_version_to_l2 on OP Mainnet.
Tried different combos with a Trezor Model T and firmware Universal 2.8.10

python 3.12, 3.13
safe-cli 1.3.0, 1.5.0
trezor 0.13.9, 0.13.10

but despite that, the end result is the same exception
