Error 4220 when I try to use a Ledger Nano X to sign a transaction

Steps To Reproduce

Head to https://app.splits.org/new/split/?chainId=11155111 and try to deploy a splits contract.

Connect using Wallet Connect.

Expected Result

Transaction should succeed.

Receiving Error 4220 when I try to use a Ledger Nano X to sign a transaction when connected to app.splits.org via WalletConnect in the Safe iOS App. This is using app version 3.27.0.

I've had to work around it by adding the Wallet Connect pairing codes into the Safe browser app.

Seems like the same issue was reported last year https://github.com/5afe/safe-support/issues/415.
