Restore deprecated DSE authentication API stubs

Issue

#1038 removed public DSE authentication classes, credential overloads, proxy execution, and option constants. Existing callers lose source and binary compatibility even when they only need time to migrate away from unsupported DSE features.

Fix

Restore deprecated auth classes, credential signatures, the CQL proxy execution entry point, and authentication option constants. GSSAPI and proxy operations throw UnsupportedOperationException; legacy auth configuration fails session creation before connecting when a built-in plaintext provider is selected. Custom providers may use these option names. DSE server rejection from the plaintext provider is reported as an authentication error. The plaintext provider alias remains usable for ordinary SASL PLAIN authentication. Update the upgrade guide to describe these behaviors.

The Graph proxy execution overload depends on the Graph types deleted by #1042 and remains outside this PR. Other removed DseDriverOption constants also belong to the later compatibility restoration.

Decisions

• Choice: Keep the unused options parameter in ProgrammaticDseGssApiAuthProvider for compatibility and suppress its warning. Do not add a null check, because it would replace the required UnsupportedOperationException with a NullPointerException. Source: Restore deprecated DSE authentication API stubs #1237 (comment)
• Choice: Restore ordinary SASL PLAIN compatibility through the three-argument PlainTextAuthenticator constructor, PLAIN hooks, and BaseDseAuthenticator superclass relationship. Accept empty authorization IDs and reject nonempty proxy identities. GSSAPI and DSE authentication negotiation remain unsupported.
• Choice: The plaintext provider rejects the DSE server authenticator with AuthenticationException identifying the endpoint and unsupported authenticator. Preserve the direct BaseDseAuthenticator constructor rejection and existing constructor signatures. DSE negotiation remains unsupported.
• Choice: Reject defined legacy authentication settings only for the effective built-in plaintext provider, recognizing short and fully qualified class names and programmatic provider precedence. Custom providers own these option names. Preserve GSSAPI and nonempty proxy identity rejection.
