Description

Adds bounded, plain-language explanations for recorded movie and TV request failures to request cards, request lists, and management views. A TV season-number mismatch includes a search for another series listing; retry is disabled for that deterministic mismatch while the request remains editable.

This change uses the bounded failure-reason contract established in SeerrNG PR #263.

How Has This Been Tested?

• Focused Vitest: 8/8 passed across the request failure utility and management request block.
• Client typecheck passed.
• Focused ESLint and Oxlint passed.
• pnpm i18n:extract and pnpm i18n:check passed.
• Prettier check and git diff --check passed.
• Release-note preview rendered the new request guidance.
• GitHub-hosted validation is pending for this draft.

No screenshot is attached. Visual inspection is pending an isolated browser preview with safe fixture data; the existing local app session was not used.
