Documents the degree of conformance of the Syncfusion Toolkit for Blazor component library to EN 301 549 v3.2.1 / WCAG 2.1 Levels A and AA. Grounded in a static code review of all 17 public components across six categories (Buttons, Calendars, Charts, Inputs, Popups, Notifications), covering ARIA semantics, keyboard models, focus management, live regions, forced-colors, and reduced-motion support. Records per-criterion conformance levels, consumer-vs-library responsibilities, known gaps, and an evidence index with source file paths.
