Spec 4.3: a line whose first unquoted [ precedes its first unquoted colon is an array-header line. If it fails the §6 grammar (a[1:, a[2:]{x}), strict mode now errors instead of reading a key such as a[1; non-strict decoders still fall through to a key-value line. No conforming encoder emits such lines, so round-trips are unaffected – hence a minor version (VERSIONING.md).

The fixtures also gain cases for earlier behavior the ports got wrong during the 4.2 round, each proven by mutating the reference: 12 cases net, most merged into existing ones, each tagged with the spec version that introduced the behavior. Two redundant error cases go.

Ports adapt their skip lists in the 4.3 round. The reference change in toon follows once 4.3 is released.
